Promote the large-scale comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste such as fly ash and coal gangue, explore new models of comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste in areas with concentrated industrial solid waste generation, coal-producing areas, and basic raw material industry agglomeration areas.
